GOOD-TO-KNOW: Collectors call this model the SANDOZ "Submariner" because of its very close similarity to the ROLEX Submariner.
EXTERNAL CONDITION: This watch is in *GOOD condition (77-82%): Nothing fundamentally wrong with the watch, though it has quite obviously been used. Case may show a few dings, nicks or scratches. May have replacement parts.
INTERNAL CONDITION: This watch is in *VERY GOOD condition (83-87%): Running & keeping good time, though may need minor regulation.

The lip of the clasp has tool marks as its corners were manually cut to a curve. The cutting leaves something to be desired, but since it's an original SANDOZ clasp (something that's difficult to get a hold of) I chose to leave it on.
case back embossed with SANDOZ symbol & name logos, "SWISS ETA MOVT", "25 JEWELS", "100 METERS", "ALL STAINLESS STEEL" & serial numbers; We cannot guarantee the effectiveness of its waterproof closure because this watch is vintage.
The dark spots on the groove of the case are pieces off the rubber gasket which have adhered to it. They're not corrosion spots!
The rotor has discoloration spots but these don't affect the performance of the movement at all.
