The LE JOUR Triton Chronograph Pingouinis an example of fine vintage craftsmanship.
It is in uniform stainless steel, with impeccable dial detailing from its bold markers down to the tiny letters & lines on its grid. There's a subtle contrast in aesthetics, where red is an accent color & the main dial is a satin black, while the sub-dials are textured white.
Its visible & running conditions are remarkable! A preserved piece from the 1960s!
The LE JOUR Watch Company was born in the 1960s & quickly gained popularity for the elevated craftsmanship found in their mechanical watches, even at modest pricing. The company seemingly disappeared during The Quartz Revolution of the 1970s, but they have survived & thrived, & continue to produce arrays of complications today.
