ZODIAC's design inovation of the floating red dot (represents seconds) & floating hands (represents hours & minutes) in this ZODIAC Astrographic won the 1972 "Montres et Bijoux" exhibition.
This particular ZODIAC Astrographic is extremely rare! Notice that its central ZODIAC logo is TILTED - a quality that makes this watch a highly priced, saught-after collector's item! The rarity of the "Off-Center ZODIAC" logo print error in watch-collecting can be compared to the famous "Inverted Jenny" in stamp-collecting!
