Big Ben Watches offers excellent & affordable watch repairs & servicing for Swiss, German, Russian & Japan made watches whether they be for restoration, parts replacement or movement repair.

We don't accept quartz watches for battery change. We only accept quartz watches for repair & restoration or for services enumerated below.

For interested customers within the Philippines, we recommend that you send your watches through Air 21 because shipping is insured that way. You can send us your payment through BPI bank deposit ( account details will be emailed to you ).

For interested customers outside of the Philippines, we recommend that you send your watches through Express Mail at your local post office ( much cheaper than UPS or Fedex ). Your watches are delivered to the Philippines in 10 working days. Send a minimum of 2 watches for repair so that you can make the most out of your international shipping expense. You can send us your payment through Paypal online payment system.

Fill out the form below w/ details concerning your watches. We will email you a price quotation for the restoration / repair of your watches. If you are agreeable to our pricing, send us your payment ( How to send payment? ) You may send us your watches once we confirm receipt of your payment. We will send back your watches ( What postal courier / service do you use? ) in excellent condition within 2 weeks!

Redialling ($20-$30)

Redialling - repainting the entire surface of the dial, replacement of markers, or just retouching the faded grid lines. We do EXCELLENT redialling even on luxury watches - we have very talented & skilled artists! They're so good at it that you couldn't even tell that a watch has been redialled, it's just going to look brand new & perfect! This service is priced at $20 - $30 depending on the brand of watch.

Buffing ($5)

Buffing - removing hairline scratches from the glass / acrylic crystal as well as on the body & bracelet of the watch. This service is priced at $5.

Parts Replacement ($20-$50)

Parts Replacement - we may replace broken or damaged parts such as glass / acrylic crystal, bracelet or band, clasp, crown, & bezel. This service is priced at $20 - $50 depending on the brand of watch.

Movement Repair/Overhaul ($20-$115)

Movement Repair/Overhaul - if your watch doesn't seem to be working right (especially automatics), this is what you need. Our watch experts can easily spot any mechanism problems that others can't & they can do all types of repairs too! This service is priced at $20 - $115 depending on the brand of watch.

Movement Clean-up ($20)

Movement Clean-up - our men can take any type of watch apart & put them back together again minus even the smallest speck of dirt or rust! This service is priced at $20.
