This is a vintage GRUEN Airflight Precision has unique switching or jump hour-windows that change mechanically at midnight/noon, to display 12-hour standard time or 24-hour military time.

The GRUEN Airflight was designed for pilots who need 24-hour reference for flight time. At noon, the windows switch to show a 24-hour time, at midnight the windows switch back to show 12-hour time. This feature is credited to a rotating disk underneath the main dial. The hours are displayed in alternating sphere/diamond-shaped windows.

This watch is in VERY GOOD condition, according to the Timezone Grading System: The watch shows what might be considered normal wear by a careful owner who wore the watch regularly. Scratches are evident, but no nicks or dings. May have replacement parts. Running & keeping good time, though may need minor regulation. A sound, attractive presentation overall. 83-87%
